I started hiking Hawaiian trails in 2004 and taking pictures as a hobby.  Over the years, this hobby has grown into a small business fueled by a desire to share Hawaii's beauty with the rest of the world.  Many of the trails I have hike and backpacked are dangerous, some are easy, but all create wonderful memories and incredible images that can be captured Through the Lens.

 

As of July 2014, I conquered 83 trails in Hawaii including Kalalau Beach (Kauai), Haleakala (Maui, Kalaupapa (Molokai), and Pu'u Manamana (Crouching Tiger- Oahu).  In March 2013, I became scuba certified which will give me an opportunity to get into underwater photography as well.  Part of the adventure is learning the history of each island and finding that represent shot that illustrates each island's individuality, yet similarity within the Hawaiian island chain.
